WHO WE ARE
Ionian horizons is a venture that started on what was set out to be a short vacation on the Island of Zakynthos. Jacques, an innovative architect known for his visionary designs; Maksim, a builder with an unparalleled passion for craftsmanship and Nitzan a real estate salesperson with a keen eye for potential. It was an immediate fascination from the hospitality of the people and the verdant landscapes that seemed to whisper hidden possibilities.
We have successfully acquired several unique plots of land on the beautiful island. Construction of our first project has commenced and is in full throttle. Seven more properties are in store and the development process is well underway, with each property in various stages of design and some already progressing through the planning permission phase. These properties are intended to be marketed as luxurious second homes or operated as lucrative tourist accommodations. Leveraging our extensive expertise, we also established a robust network of professionals in the real estate sector and supporting fields. This network is poised to offer comprehensive advisory and professional services to other potential investors or aspiring buyers whether they are ready to invest immediately or are exploring the feasibility of their investment aspirations on the island.

ARCHITECT
Jacques Dahan earned his education and diploma in architecture in London. Awarded the prestigious Royal Institute of British Architects President’s Medal in 2003, he worked for three years at the successful Lynch Architects in London. He then spent several years with the esteemed award-winning Chyutin Architects where he was involved as a leading architect in a large number of competitions and public projects. Currently, Jacques runs his own studio, collaborating with other leading architectural firms on public projects and serving as the visionary force behind Ionian Horizons.

Maksim Kaspy with a degree in business management has over 15 years of experience in the building industry. An entrepreneur with vast experience developing and constructing property in Israel he is renowned for his eye for detail and the necessary quality of materials and finishings for deluxe property construction. Vassilikos, is a region located in the southern part of Zakynthos. Its mesmerizing views are steeped in olive tree sand known for its beautiful beaches such as the Banana Beach and Porto Zorro. VOLIMES
Volimes, a wonderful region of the Island, is in the northern part of Zakynthos and divided into Kato Volimes, Ano Volimes, and Messo Volimes.
